The government draws back from her role as a carer of people who are mentally disabled. Continually the issuing of rules is sharpened so there's hardly any financial space left for mentally disable peope to take part in an activity. Also supportive governmental initiatives like Vervoer op Maat (Transport Made to Measure) are not always sufficient for this target group. Through all of these measures their purchasing power to undertake external activities is strongly decreased.

This is the reason why our clients get into a routine, whilst participating in activities is the very way to break these routines and make their lives more tolerable. At short notice there cannot be expected improvement in this situation, rather worsening. For our clients these developments form a serious threat.
